Cristina Codina Llavina is a qualified Alexander Technique teacher and a member of The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique
(STAT). She has experience in teaching both individuals and groups from all walks of life. Her specialism’s includes working in the
corporate arena.
She has more than three years experience in assisting in the Alexander Technique department of the Arts
Educational School of Acting in London.
Cristina specialises in doing one-to-one sessions with clients in various locations.
She is currently available to facilitate sessions in Holborn, Marylebone, and Bethnal Green.
Cristina works with children, at
primary schools and has taught workshops with parents in different schools, especially with expectant mums.
Cristina runs mixed
classes for people of all ages in the City Lit and other premises. She has also worked with business organisations such as the Portobello
Business Centre.
